Stutters

I just got some days again after a couple of months and seems like now I have so many stutters when im injecting the cheat, its like u have a bad internet, which i dont btw, but couple of months back, the cheat worked flawlessly, but now I really dont know what to do and why its doing that, can be a bad graphics driver? I have AMD.
